If you’re ready to own the field instead of being one more Superintendent buried in a huge organization, this is worth a conversation.

You’ll run large commercial and light industrial projects in the $10M–$15M range, taking ownership of the jobsite from groundbreaking through final occupancy. And because you’re joining a growing $75M–$100M GC with an actively involved owner, your work—and your ability to lead—will be visible.

What you’ll do: You’ll be the person driving the project in the field.

• Own day-to-day site operations from startup through Certificate of Occupancy.
• Build and manage the field schedule alongside the Project Manager.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, materials, inspections, and upcoming work.
• Keep trades moving without letting sequencing conflicts derail the schedule.
• Know the drawings, specifications, and scopes well enough to catch problems before they become expensive ones.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and site safety meetings.
• Drive quality, punch-list completion, and closeout until the job is finished right.

Who you are: You’re a commercial Superintendent who likes having ownership of the jobsite. You know how to keep subcontractors accountable, protect the schedule, maintain a safe site, and solve problems without waiting for someone else to tell you what to do.

You’ll need roughly 5+ years running commercial construction projects, OSHA 30, a valid driver’s license, and enough comfort with Microsoft Project, Office, and Procore to keep the job organized. A Construction Management degree is useful, but equivalent field experience counts.
