Summary
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support Project Managers in maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, and budgets in delivering solar projects to completion. You will work as a direct employee to advance our client’s mission of eliminating the inefficiencies of the solar industry and provide a better experience in the development process.
Responsibilities
- Organize, attend, and document stakeholder meetings
- Ensure project deadlines are meet through continual communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders
- Process all project submittals, RFI’s, and supplemental instructions
- Aid project manager in contract development and review
- Manage project processes and checklists to ensure that projects are being executed in a strategic manner
- Track key performance metrics and recommend adjustments
- Assist in developing the project strategy and supporting business case
Preferred Skills and Expertise
- AA/BS in related field of study
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage internal and external relationships
- Ability to handle multiple assessments and prioritize
- Strong knowledge of key operation business process and core applications
