Per Sé Group is hiring a Management Coordinator to work a contract assignment in Lima, OH with our client, an integrated energy company with operations in the US, Canada, and the Asia Pacific region. You will be a member of the Project Controls Team. This position is considered an entry to mid-level role, reporting to the Project Controls Manager supporting Capital Projects and Turnaround organization. The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be supporting project controls in the change management process for these organizations. Pay range $45-60/hr plus 1.5 OT and $151/day per diem
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following position requirements in a competent and professional manner:
- Review and validate that all supporting documents are complete and accurate
- Track and coordinate all change orders through a well-defined strict approval process
- Provide status update for all change documents.
- Support Project Controls organization for all daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements
- Support corporate subcontracts management group to update all purchase orders and agreements if necessary
Preferred Skills & Expertise
- 2-5 years experience with engineering/capital projects and construction in Oil & Gas refinery or chemical manufacturing environment required
- B.S. Degree in Business/Finance/Engineering/Construction Management (or similar), or applicable experience in lieu of degree (required)
