Per Se Group has a great opportunity for an experienced Solar Technician for a contract opportunity in California. The Solar Technician works collaboratively with team members to install, maintain, and repair utility scale solar panels paying strong attention to safety & compliance.
Responsibilities
- Install solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other necessary equipment according to design specifications and industry standards.
- Configure and test system components to ensure proper operation and performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely and accurate installation.

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in solar energy or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components, including AC and DC circuits, inverters, substations, and transformers.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
