Summary
Per Se Group has a great opportunity for an experienced Solar Technician for a contract opportunity in California. The Solar Technician works collaboratively with team members to install, maintain, and repair utility scale solar panels paying strong attention to safety & compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Install solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other necessary equipment according to design specifications and industry standards.
  • Configure and test system components to ensure proper operation and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely and accurate installation.

Preferred Skills and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in solar energy or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and components, including AC and DC circuits, inverters, substations, and transformers.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
