Per Se Group is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for our client in the Boise, Idaho area. This is a contract opportunity that has the potential to convert to full time employment with a dynamic, industry-leading firm.
Responsibilities
- Oversee activity in shipping and receiving.
- Conduct facility walk-throughs with vendors and contractors.
- Perform assessment and auditing of janitorial work orders.
- Coordinating with vendors coming onsite to do site integrity work.
Preferred Skills and Expertise
- Experience as an Office Manager, Maintenance Technician, Facilities Manager, or Hospitality Manager or Coordinator is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external constituents.
- Ability to keep accurate and organized documentation as required.
