Summary
This is an outstanding remote job opportunity for a skilled Quality Analyst with our major renewable energy client. In this position, you will conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, and finished solar components. Your critical role supports the successful completion of assigned construction projects. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working on the owner’s representative side of renewable energy construction!

Responsibilities
  • Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release
  • Write technical reports or documentation such as deviation reports, testing protocols, and trend analyses
  • Evaluate analytical methods and inspection procedures to determine how they might be improved
  • Review and audit construction and engineering documents
  • Manage internal, third- party, and customer audits
  • Monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make process or assembly adjustments

Preferred Skills and Expertise
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complex problem solving, and judgment and decision-making
  • High attention to detail and technically inclined, able to perform quality control analysis
  • Knowledge of statistical and data analysis
  • Experience on construction projects, renewable sector highly preferred
  • Must be available to travel for site inspections of process and equipment when required (less than 25%)
