Summary:

Family-Owned Essential Oils Distillation Company Located in Leakey Texas near the Frio River, a beautiful area in Central Texas. Looking for an Electrical Mechanical Tech to fill the shoes of a beloved previous employee and help be a cornerstone in their growing refining business.

In order to bring you the finest quality essential oils, our client is the only Texas distillery with the refining facilities to redistill and blend Cedarwood oils and other essential oils according to customers exact specifications. Our Modern Quality Control Laboratory is equipped with a state-of-the-art Gas Chromatographic apparatus which allows us to guarantee our customers consistent compositions and uniformity of product in shipment.

Texas Cedar Wood
Virginia Cedarwood
Amyris
Haitian Vetiver Oil

  • Responsible for maintaining all documentation of purchases which include but not limited to credit card receipts, gas receipts, hotel receipts and/or other items purchased.
  • Maintains a clean and well-organized workspace at all times.
  • Strives to develop good working-relationships with all co-workers, customers, and associates. Leads by example. Willing to assist others in assignment outside of normal job duties. Works in a participative manner with supervision and co-workers.
  • Repair and service all types of boilers, heaters, fired equipment, etc.
  • Trouble-shoots and repairs mechanical-related equipment.
  • Performs preventive maintenance on all mechanical-related equipment and strives to continually improve the preventive maintenance program.
  • Serves as a job leader for various tasks. Provides supervision as needed. Instructs plant personnel on proper operation of equipment.
  • Completes and returns work orders, properly documenting all service and repairs.


25 guys per facilities maintenance team of 3-4 people

Mechanical and Electrical Tech: - 45-55 hours per week with time and 1/2 as needed
Electrical skills( part time) Mechanical Skills All time

Industrial Electrical:
with instrumentation electrical controls

At least familiar with industrial electrical power systems
Be around, Be handy, Be on call

Work on 3 -4 Boilers Boiler guy with industrial control experience
piping experience, Electrical Experience, Steam, Plumbing.
