Per Sé Group is seeking an energetic Service Coordinator for a contract position in Elk Grove Village ($18-$20/hr). As a Service Coordinator, you will work with our manufacturing client’s Service Team and provide valuable assistance to Senior Managers.
Responsibilities
- Familiarize with internal operations processes and procedures.
- Administrative duties, including filing, copying and mailing.
- Data entry into service system and databases.
- Understand overall operations to be able to actively solve problems and tasks independently.
- May help transport vehicles to and from dealer or specific locations.
- Coordinate product update parts from vendors, payment details for onsite service work, and processing of service cases
Preferred skills and Expertise
- High level of customer service.
- Ability to effectively document and communicate ideas, strategies, problems, and solutions in both verbal and written forms to co-workers and customers.
- Prepare written service reports and other necessary supportive documentation.
- Valid driver’s license required.
