Per Sé Group is working with an ENR Top 400 general contractor looking to hire a Superintendent in the Greensboro, NC metropolitan area. Our client has in been in business for over 40 years and is a leader in the manufacturing, industrial, and commercial construction markets. The ideal candidate has led the construction of similar projects including but not limited to manufacturing facilities, data centers, mission critical, and warehouses.   • Maintain good communications and relationships with Owners, inspectors, designers, and subcontractors
  • Monitor and ensure all workers and subcontractors safety on project
  • Conduct morning huddles with crews to coordinate daily and weekly activity plans
  • Manage weekly safety meetings
  • Take leadership in developing a sense of urgency on the project
  • Constantly review work for quality and solve problems
  • Work with our Project Mangers to schedule materials, equipment, and labor
  • Manage and care for company tools and equipment
  • Track and submit time sheets and prepare daily reports
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of construction Superintendent experience
  • Large industrial and/or manufacturing construction experience is required
  • Strong understanding of site development, MEP, and architectural finishes
  • OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications
  • 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar is a bonus
