Summary 
Per Sé Group is in search of a Remote Document Controller for a contract assignment at our client’s utility-scale solar farm project. Our client is a U.S.-based renewable energy company that owns and operates an expanding portfolio of about 2,700MW. Responsibilities 

  • Organize and file documents in Microsoft SharePoint as requested by engineering.
  • Take draft meeting minutes and action items when requested by engineering.
  • Check drawing list against received documents for completeness as requested.
  • Ensure engineering documents are stored correctly to assist with transition of project to operations.
  • Prepare transmittals and maintain log as requested by engineering.
  • Assist engineering team with special projects as needed.
  • Maintain independent engineer comment logs and assist in following up with appropriate engineering team member to get timely responses.
Preferred Skills and Expertise 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Basic knowledge of or ability to learn Smartsheet.
